A little gem of a guest house Pat,the owner,was so welcoming and helpful during our lovely stay. We arrived and immediately received help with cases, were offered freshly cooked cakes and shown to the twin bedded rear bedroom which is large, immaculate and quiet. Lovely bedding and fittings, with fresh coffee etc in room along with plenty of toiletries in shining en- suite bathroom. Evening meal was beautifully presented, freshly cooked, plentiful and very tasty. Breakfast was equally good. Dining room has fresh crisp linen tablecloths etc.Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the stay.Parking is easy either outside Swanson house or at rear in private car park. We would happily stay again and have no negative comments to make.
