There was no booking made for my stay and as a result have difficulty finding another suitable hotel. All the contact and reference that was given is of no used. I tried to contact laterooms but not able to get any answer or response. The hotel does not recognised the booking reference and they also do not have my name listed.

We arrived in the late afternoon and was forced to find another hotel which was not central and cost more. I am not sure why laterooms.com didn't make the reservation. Unfortunately, due to this I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to use laterooms.com
