Although booking process was fine Late rooms did not pass on that I had booked a superior double. When we got there we had been booked a basic en suite. This was very disappointing. The hotel confirmed that they had not been passed the correct details. I had to negotiate a new deal with the hotel for the cheaper room as the hotel was then full.

23572926R Issue resolved satisfactorily with hotel. Paid reduced rate (£80 - off peak rate) for current room and had free drinks. Am still here till Friday so wouldn't appreciate any more fuss. Cheers
