I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, reception were good it was clean and tidy, 24 hour reception as you would expect. Staff were helpful. The down side were the car park was full although I found a space on the road and there is a pay and display car park 200 yrds away. Overall very good and have recomended to friend, and will visit next year. Did not get an alarm call though. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Bournemouth.
