Booked a room in Amsterdam via LateRooms. Booking was made Tuesday 20 August for 1 night Friday 23/24 August (3 nights in advance). When I arrived at the hotel (Mosaic) in Amsterdam, I found that I'd been double booked. The hotel were no help & I had to make new arrangements at zero notice. This is a failing of the hotel rather than LateRooms, however the experience has left a bad taste.
