Having booked 2 rooms in Blackpool through late rooms at The Hollingdales Hotel 2 months in advance if the bank holiday weekend I was contacted 2 days before the event to be told there had been a mixup and late rooms had only just notified the hotel. Needless to say there was no longer any room at the inn and we have now ended up being moved to an alternative hotel with the prospect of sleeping in bunk beds for he first time since I was about 6!!

Never had any problems with LateRooms before, so hugely disappointing
