We were booked 3 night for holiday inn hotel in Scotland for family room which was suppose 2(single) twin bed with a sofa bed for 2 adult and 2 children but when we arrived in the hotel the room was a double bed with a sofa bed when we confirmed with the hotel, the hotel staff told us the hotel has been open for seven years and they never have twin bed room with sofa bed for family ,they told us nothing they can do about it as that was laterooms booked for us and they suggested to take the matter to laterooms.com instead, so very disappointed with the inaccurate information on laterooms website.
