It was extremely easy to use the booking page and pay. Booked on Sunday 28th,today is Thursday 1st and no money has been collected nor have I received my email confirmation that was advised I would be sent. I am now worried as I booked two rooms for the 10th. I can not give a proper review as my reservation is incomplete
