Booked a room at Gatwick due to a night arrival from Turkey. Got a text message from Premier Inn telling us our room was booked for 13/07/13 when in fact it ought to have been on 31/07/13. Had I overlooked the text, I would have been without theroom iI had booked and paid for. Fortunately I called Premier Inn at Gatwick and got it sorted directly with them. A simple error by Late Rooms could have caused me and my family severe grief. Not impressed.
