The selection of hotels available was excellent, and all had clear prices for the dates required. We were able to check that the hotel had the required facilities, with the exception of not being able to check if an accessible room was available - I had to telephone the hotel direct to establish this. Also, it would be nice to know what the accessible bathroom includes (shower / bath / shower chair / lowered sink etc)
