Fantastic reception area terrible room situated on the 9th floor between two lifts. As a result kept awake every time the lift was used. Only an open plan wardrobe (a metal bar really). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This whole experience has made me feel I will never use your service again. This was by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.
