Have bnot yet experienced stay but really happy with the flexibility offered. I booked two rooms and have had to cancel one at short notice and was advised that this would not be a problem to cancel as long as 24hrs notice was given. I was able to cancel with no extra cost and the staff at late rooms were extremely helpful and called the hotel to confirm this. they also gave me a cancellation ref number to put my mind at ease. An excellent service offered by late rooms.
