From Late Rooms, I received e-mails confirming my booking and, nearer the booked date, reminders of my impending stay. However, when I received an e-mail from Premier Inns telling me that I could save time by checking in on-line, their website would not acknowledge the reference number that Late Rooms had given; this is as much a fault with Premier Inns as Late Rooms making their reference number so prominent. A 10p/minute phone call to Premier Inns meant that I was given their reference number quickly and courteously.
