“Great Service”

When booking for a group of friends I found that I had booked 2 of 3 rooms
which did not include breakfast. I immediately rang laterooms and the operative rang the hotel and called me back to tell me that it was cheaper to order on arrival than to contact the hotel direct.
I call that great service!
