I booked a room (twin) at the above hotel on late rooms. I received the pre book pay on booking advance booking rate (great so far). Upon arrival, the room I was presented with was a double. I was also asked for twice the price of the room I had booked and was told that the advance booking pre pay actually meant that you pay when you are at the hotel. As I was under the impression that I had. Already been charged, this was irritating. I had to produce my cooking email to prove what I had booked and what I needed to be charged. This process took half an hour. At 3.45 in the morning an experp check out form was put under the door stating that to check out quickly the following morning, all I needed to do was sign the form and drop it in the box in reception. However, despite having my name at the top of the form it had someone else's room number on and someone else's name at the bottom. This meant that we had to have another discussion on the way out of the hotel!
Room was great though. Just need to work on the administration!
