Good rates but no confirmation email received had to call hotel to check it was actually booked and they said it wasnt paid for! Yet to find out whether we have actually made payment or not even though went through payment on late rooms

Hi, really sorry to read about your disappointment. I apologise for the problems with your confirmation email, and the confusion that has arisen with the payment for the room. We try to make the policy as clear as possible when booking, as we do not take the payment (the hotel do this either on arrival or advance depending on the policy).
