I have made many reservations through your agency over the last two years or so, and overall am very satisfied.
You seem to offer a better service in the UK, rather than abroad!
It may be my (mis)understanding, but I am never clear whether I am paying up front, or whether I am supposed to pay the the hotel direct. To my knowledge I have never paid twice, but it would be nice to be absolutely clear on booking.
I did have a problem making a current booking for "Combe Grove Manor Hotel" for 9th March 2013, where the system could not confirm the booking details on your website, and I had to spend 23 minutes with your (very
helpful) staff, but speaking to a costly 0800 number from a mobile. I did not understand why the normal easy booking procedure did not work?
I am not complaining and find your service very helpful
