The process of booking the room was simple and so far I have had no difficulty. However this is at least the third request I have received for a review. I have yet to see the hotel, confirm that the booking has been honoured, checked that the description of the facility lives up to reality and so on. I will be quite happy to respond when I have had these experiences and can provide a reliable review. Late rooms know when the booking will be taken up and could have worked out that a review would be premature and of little value to potential customers.
