booking the room is easy and a pleaeure. on arriveing to book in we waited 20 minuets after calling on the phone to say we were there i had to go to the bar to ask for assitence to get key when going into the room at 2.22pm it wasnt even made up and the cleaners were still working , we had to drop off out stuff and leave the room . the lights over the bed didnt work . two tiles badly broken in the bath , it you slipped could have injured your self . the net curtains where ripped to shreds cobwebs and dust in the room socket for the bedside lamp had to be jiggled to make it work, hot tap had not top on it and the coldtap we had to hold to turn on and off ans it just swivvelled round . tv braket was held on by one screw if a child had touched it would have fallen off the wall . while it
only cost twenty pounds on the sunday had we had paid full price we would most definenty ask for out money back . we didnt complain as when booking in we said the bar should offer us a free drink for the bad service in book in he laughed and said some hope we have taken pictures of this . some form of compensaion would be nice wa not a pleasure on the up side the bed was compy and bedding and towels were clean. highway dunstable.
