I've found Late Rooms to be a very good and effective site for booking hotels and for comparing prices. However I once left a negative review for a small Bed and Breakfast where the owners had been very kind but I just felt that there was room for some improvements. A year later my commentwas still showing on their site. The owners'response showed that my rather flippant comments had upset them and appeared to be on their site forever, so feeling guilty about this I rang Late Rooms to have my comments removed as my grievances had infact been quite superficial and I wouldn't want a family run B & B being blighted forever by them. It's made me wary of leaving reviews.
