Booked a holiday with them. Few hours later received a phone call telling me the flight operators (Thompson) had not updated their details and those flights were no longer available. I was offered another - more expensive - flight but I declined and asked for full refund as they couldn't honour their part of the contract. A week on I'm still waiting for the refund. Luckily I had spare funds and was able to book the same holiday with a different company and - guess what?- Thompson had the exact same flights available!! This is clearly a trick to get more money out of poor unsuspecting customers.
