Had to call every day for 4 days to ensure I was being re-embursed for the original payment and never able to speak to the same person. Thereforehad to go through the same security procedure every time and relay the same story!!
I've decided it would end up cheaper dealing with the hotel direct if you count my phone calls and wasted time!!!
