I have booked vii hotel in london for my new yrs eve and after aarriving at the hotel they told me they do not have any room.where as room was booked and paid instantly. The guy at the front desk was speaking His own language and i asked him why dont u speak in english this is an english country, he goes to me my english no good do u have problem??? How rude was that. If i have paid for my vacation i do expect better service not worst mental people. At the end the room.... Cant tell how dirty the room was... Fungus all over and dirty floors.. Hardly spend the mnight. WIll never book again and suggest any one either.
