KPX Travel. Football tickets to Barcelona Worthless!

My partner purchased a package to Barcelona to watch Barcelona v Athletico Madrid including two match tickets from KPX Travel. The tickets alone were £262 for the two. I had reservations that the tickets sent to me via e-mail were not right so I informed KPX Travel who assured me they were the correct documentation. I travelled to Barcelona with my 8 year old grandson on 15/12/2012. On my arrival at the hotel in Barcelona I showed my tickets to the hotel staff who advised me to go to the Nou Camp that day as the tickets looked wrong. On arrival at the Nou Camp the ticket office advised me the email was not a valid ticket or voucher for tickets. I contacted KPX Travel via their emergency phone number. No help was offerred the operator just stated it sounds like you have not been emailed the correct documentation. I Had to purchase two tickets for £172 euros to ensure that myself and my grandson got to see the game which was a christmas present from my partner. On return to the UK I informed KPX Travel of what happened after two weekes they have refunded the £137.60 which is equivalent to the 176 euros I payed in Barcelona. How can they expect to make a profit from a fraudulent transaction. We paid £262 in good faith for the tickets which they did not provide and then there was the cost of the metro for myself and my grandson and the telephone calls. The dispute continues do not touch this company with a bargepole.
