Do not go near this dreadful company. They employ people with very strong accents whom you can't understand and do not give a toss whether you are satisfied. They must be paid peanuts because they have not got a clue. No idea where the hotels are and have not the wit to use Google to find things out.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wanted to give them no stars but the thing wouldn't let me.
