Asa,
I have been asked from Jilania to write a review of my Umrah trip I booked to go in May. This was the first time I booked with Jilania and the communication I received from their end wad great. They would always update me on my booking through texts, emails and calls. The hotels were very close to the Haram in Makkah and Medina. Ziyarats were okay, I would ask them to appoint someone else for the Ziyarat side as the person in Makkah was fine but Medina I could not understand him as he was arabic.
Overall experience was superb. Will recommend booking with Jilania.
