“holiday from hell”

I booked through icelolly .com rang booked holiday money taken out straight away holiday confirmed through email printed of voucher flew to malta with 76 year old mum for 4 night break in malta at the cardor complex stayed there many times ehen we arrived where told that there was no booking for us manager showed me email he had sent them hotel and app fully booked no one told me that they took r money but didnt have any where yo stay the manager of cardor spent 3 hrs trying to sort it out after6 hrs they put us in a hotel in a different toen to where we wanted to stay staff didnt know we where know booked in there that took another hr i refused yo stay there landed ip in hotel no better lifts never worked maitenance staff kept flooding walk ways my mum could not keep walking down 2 flights of stairs i have e mailed them 3 time loads of phone call still no nearer yo getting money back or anything staff r rude cant speak or understand english very well please dont book with th i would not want other people to go through what we went through i came back stressedy mum has been ill againi spent all the 4 night and 5 days trying yo sort things out went on the 23 april plus its called deal of the dau no way alpher rooms fo a better deal wish i had gone with them i normaly do can any one help sue

We will urgently look into the status for you. We do not get any emails directly from hotels, it would have been our supplier that was told the hotel was full, so we need to contact them to find out what has happened.
