“Worst end of holiday ever”

Briefly, 18.5 hour delay from Dalaman, Turkey. Flight LS922.Flight scheduled 22.20. No rep around, told delayed but not sure how long for by lady with limited english. No refreshment vouchers but was told we would go to hotels 2 hours away at 02.30. Herded like cattle with no refreshments through arrivals to coaches. Arrived at cockroach infested filthy hotel at 05.30 with not enough rooms for everyone. No rep around. 11.30am rep arrived, very abrupt and rude said it was not her fault but was then embarrassed when mini bus turned up with not enough seats for us all so had to get another coach. After 2 hours travel arrived at check in desks only to find luggage belts not working, not enough desks open but yes got kfc food voucher however not all had time to use it as we were ushered to the plane. On board we were told only water or one cup of coffee was a available. No other refreshment, no duty free, no food as this was a rescue flight. What a load of rubbish. Never ever fly or holiday with Jet2. Will they compensate, we'll see
