Very easy to find alternatives in a very friendly-user interface system, not very common in many web sites. The communication with hosts are ease by the use of company's mail service, which give us confidence the potential host will get our message and we will receive an answer soon.
The thing I leaked most was the fast way to book, and that I did not like at all is that some information are not updated. This caused be some trouble to book an apartment.
