I booked an apartment in Lisbon via them it was not available so they offered me another one but unbeknown to me altered the dates,I booked it but by the time I noticed the change in dates(10 minutes after I booked it ) I was told that I could not get my money back they kept £142 as "charges". and then when I complained under the distance selling laws and the cooling off period they said it did not apply.
