DO NOT USE HotelsOne!! An hour before my mom's flight she was notified that Ooops! the hotel wasn't available. Seriously? She's elderly and disabled, that's not gonna work. The process of trying to get HotelsOne to find her another room and arguing with them back and forth so they'd reimburse her the additional costs included hearing the service member scream "aaarrrgghhh!!" while we were on the phone (I mean, seriously?!) and took OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I would not recommend using this hotelsone service for scheduling any travel plans. First you are required to pay for your entire stay when you book even for a refundable reservation that can be cancelled. In my case I paid several months in advance. Next, you have until the day before your trip to make ANY changes including cancellation. I booked a room with hotelsone for 3 nights and then found out the room was upstairs and the hotel didn't have an elevator for my disabled granddaughter who is in a wheel chair. I booked a room thinking I was booking directly with Hampton Inn but turns out it was hotelsone. I cancelled approx 12 hours later as I made other reservations at a different hotel in the next state over. I called hotelsone and cancelled my reservation. In Feb 2016 I called a 24 hour hotel desk in Akron, Ohio. The call was intercepted by Hotelsone.com. While the hotel had a cancellation policy, my Hotelsone receipt said (NON-REFUNDABLE). The fight was on. The hotel had my reservation. Two more calls were intercepted by different hotel reservation companies. It took me until June 30 to receive my Citicard charge reversal. I have been using multiple hotel booking sites for years and I have never come across such an appealing situation. Having erroneously pressed the "reserve" button and immediately canceling within 60 seconds, this site has charged my credit card for 1,776.58 immediately. Let your charge card company help you battle the hotel booking agency. I wrote the state Attorney General, my own state Attorney General, the newspaper and the hotel chain that originally ended up with my reservation, which I later timely cancelled. The hotel provided me with proof I never stayed there. My charge card company eventually cancelled the fraudulent charge. The company you mention has a parent company. Surprisingly, both a huge nation-wide company. The US Attorney General was not helpful, however multiple complaints might get action.
I am 82, combat disabled but never stopped my own action until VICTORY..

I stayed at the Hilton - which looks absolutely beautiful but the bed bugs obviously feel the same way. They must have gotten in our luggage and came home with us, it took terminex two trips at our house to get rid of the bed bugs problem from this Hilton. After booking through Hotelone we made a change to a date, the Hotelone failed to communicate with the Hotel and therefore we had to pay a night that we had cancelled. It is best to deal with the hotel direct and not through this Hotelone when they cannot complete a service . The Hotel phoned us at 11pm on the night we had cancelled , not knowing any change. Made my reservation on-line. Credit card was charged the next day, although I would not be staying at the hotel for 6 weeks. Then, when i checked out of the hotel, the receptionist asked if I wanted a receipt. I told her I did, to be sure that I was not being charged again. This site says they have a price guarantee. Well that was not the case with me. I booked a two night break with hotelsone for a price of 360 pounds. The next day I discovered I could have booked direct with hotel for exactly the same room on dinner bed and breakfast for 28 pounds less.
