So I book a week stay at a Florida hotel 10 weeks ago via Hotelone. Just to be safe I call the hotel in florida and they do not have my reservation because even tho Hotelone charged me 1255.00 for 6 nites, they, by their own admission failed to book my reservation. So now I'm angry and tell Hotelone to cancel the reservation which they actually never made. They stated it's their policy to charge 237.00 for this cancellation even tho I called 7 days in advance. So I call the Florida hotel directly and by shear LUCK they find me a room for the week I wanted and for all the abuse I got from Hotelone.com they gave me a break on the room rate. This should be reported to the better business bureau but I have a busy life and no time for the hassle. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this booking agency !!!!!!!!!!!!
