Difficult to get through on the phone - long waiting time. Took 3 emails before I got a response by which time they said because it was now 3 days before the check-in date I couldn't make a change.
No effort or care to try and help me re-arrange booking. Which is pretty bad business because if they had then I would have re-arranged, even in a different hotel for a fee. But no, just not bothered to help me.
