“Avoid at all costs”

Tried booking a hotel with this mob but got an error on their site. Once bitten twice shy so booked elsewhere. Thought nothing more of it until I checked my credit card statement - was charged even though I had no booking with Hotels4u. Three weeks later still waiting for a refund! Have spent hours in the queue waiting for someone to answer my calls. How can they get away with that? Turns out they are part of Thomas Cook - says it all!
