Was a little doubtful about booking and paying for a hotel allocated after payment, but it was the cheapest option by far.

Needn't have worried though because what we got was brilliant.

Service from start to finish has been great, with excellent communication from the company throughout.

Won't hesitate to recommend or use Hotel Direct again, excellent service which is so rare today.
