This is the first time we have booked with hotel direct. As they gave us the option to change hotels if we were not happy with it,we took a chance and booked one of the secret hotels, which we have never done before. I was worried as I am quite fussy about hotels, but I needn’t have been, as the hotel was excellent and well worth the money. When I checked the prices of the hotel against other sites we had paid at least £80.00 less! We will defiantly be using Hotel direct in the future. We were kept up to date by email and text regarding our bookin. Can honestly say there was nothing i didnt like, was extremly happy with the service. Thank you.
