Booked for a one night stay to a Hidden Gem!
Excellent Hotel (Crowne Plaza Docklands London) - Great VFM and easy booking with no problems.
Conformation and Reminder emails received and no issues with checking booking status.
Hotel check in and out was smooth with all documentation correct and no hidden charges.
