First time we used Hotels Direct and we have nothing but praise, a breeze to book through and the entire weekend went swimmingly, thanks. They kept us informed throughout the booking that both the theatre and Hotel were all booked up do we had nothing to worry about. The musical was fantastic and the hotel was warm clean and comfortable with helpful and approachable staff.

My wife and mother-in-law are already looking to book a further longer break in London and our first stop will be Hotels Direct.
