This is the first time I had used Hotel Direct and was a bit wary. The hotel was 4* Marble Arch, no name and I was uncertain of this, but booked anyway. The booking procedure was so easy, I kept worrying I had forgotten something. The hotel was excellant, one of the best I have been to and I have travelled considerably I would use Hotel Direct again and recommend them to others
