a very good service , most friendly and helpful on the telephone, but most of all very fast and efficent. When i booked a hotel in Paris i changed my mind and phoned to change to a different one , NO Problem to change no waiting on phone for ages , no music no autovoice, u get fast and efficient service from this team,. i will be using them again , well done Hoteldirect keep up the service, and thx.
