I found (name removed) so helpful and patience in booking my tickets. He was brilliant with his work and knew what exactly I wanted. We will use them in future for sure. I did not like that I had to pay a bit extra quids on my change of date though. Overall, it was just an amazing experience with (name removed) on booking my tickets. Thanks
