Booked a holiday to Santa Ponsa, Majorca with Robbie Roberts (Agent 111) and he was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing me to feel safe and secure booking my holiday with him. He was able to ring me back straight away so that the call didn't cost, and made me feel comfortable in the knowledge that I was securing a cheap, but great, holiday! He was very chatty and easy to converse with, whilst maintaining a professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Holiday Gems to a friend, due to his good service and ability to communicate with customers. Also very happy that the confirmation emails were sent quickly and that Robbie ensured me that the price of the holiday would not change, as it may with other holiday booking sites. Was able to book transfers, baggage and know who the flights are with, which I would not have been able to book on the website. Slightly confused as to why the photograph for "Surfing Playa Apartments" showed a different hotel from the list view to the "more info", but other than that, I am entirely happy.
