Easy website, nice staff but website prices are inaccurate.

I found the website easy to use with plenty of filter options to pin point the exact sort of hotel I was looking for. Found the booking and payment process on there easy too.

I then received a phone call about an hour after I made the booking to tell me that the prices weren't up to date and to go ahead with the holiday would cost an extra £50 (This worked out as a 15% increase as I only booked a short break).

The lady that called me was very helpful and answered all my questions, including a couple of follow up questions after I had confirmed the booking. She helped me find an alternative hotel that was just £11 more than my original choice that met all my needs.

I think that the prices being out of date on the website needs to be made much clearer. I am aware they can change but I was surprised to get to the point of having made the payment before finding out this was not correct. It took some of the joy out of booking my first holiday in two years.

Other than this, a very efficient service and helpful friendly staff. I would use them again.
