WE BOOKED OUR HOLIDAY AS A LATE GET AWAY FOR ME AND MY WIFE,MY WIFE GOT RUSHED INTO HOSPIATL FOR AN OPERATION AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS UNABLE TO TRAVEL.I TOLD HAYS TRAVEL THERE ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING.SAYOING WE SHOULD HAVE HAD INSURANCE. I ASKED IF I COULD TRANSFER THE TICKETS TO ANOTHER NAME TO SELL TYHEM ON THEY SAID NO.I SPOKE TO A FRIEND ONLY DAYS BEFORE I WASDUETO TRAVEL WHO EXPLAINED HE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.THEY SAID THEY HAD CONTACTED MY HOTEL AND SAID THE HOTEL REFUSED TO ALLOW THE NAME CHANGE.BUT MY FRIEND PHONED THEM DIRECT AND THEY TOLD HIM ITWAS FINE TO DO THIS. IT IS OBVIOUS THEY WANTED TO DELL MY HOLIDAY AGAIN TO FRIENDS OR OTHER PARTIES.I PHONED AND EMAILED THEM TO NO AVAIL.THEY ATTITUDE IN GTHE GATESHEAD SHOP WAS DISGUSTING.I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADV ISE TO AVOID LIKE THE PALKUGE THEY ARE
