I've literally lost count of the number of times I have phoned the Bolton office and left messages for someone to ring me back!
No one has bothered to do so and I am left in limbo as to where things are up to with regard my forthcoming holiday. Without doubt this company provide the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would never, under any circumstances, use this company again and would advice everyone else to steer well clear of them.
