Most shocking holiday company stay well clear

We booked with this firm for a weeks stay in Lanzarote the most shocking service from a firm that do nothing more than facilitate a service with Ryanair first spoke to George miller . This man does not listen to his customer which in this case was us but never to be repeated .
We added a case for our party of six originally .and were told we would have to down load our boarding passes via Ryanair which when we tried to do this the had all the access codes to our booking .then when we questioned this were told they needed our api info not something I am happy with .back to the case they wanted 55 pound to add a case on when Ryanair charge 35 plus 5 pound after booking each way something I was happy to pay so suddenly they could not get it for that price that would make a nice 15 pound each way profit when I did get my booking details from them was told not to bother them when ryanair charge over a hundred pound well sorry global hoppers they didn't , it would be better off sticking to whatever they did before because the tourist trade is not your game and customer service is not even in the picture once they have your money your not interested in serving your customers .Glad we had no problems in resort or would have been told don't bother us . If you have Internet DIY as this firm will only do what you can do your self and rip u off in the proses so only advice we can give stay well clear of them .
