These guys were thorough with making sure we had everything we needed. Luggage and transfers and a great resort equipped for the kids. Great customer services from the agent whole booking was great. If you double check everything on the phone before you confirm you should have no problems. Only recommendations for people travelling is don't forget sun lotion and mosquito spray, for the evenings as very expensive anywhere in the area and will definately need both.
