I booked a 4 star hotel in Lisbon and received the voucher and confirmation number and paid the hotel in full. The next day the company contacted me and said they have relocated me to another hotel - this hotel was a 3 star that had horrible reviews. They told me it would be the same price and when I went online to see the price is was substantially cheaper than what I had paid.
I called the company which I believe is located in Cyprus - I was on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone went dead, this happened twice. There is no customer service. The correct way to handle this situation was to offer an upgrade not a downgrade.
Stay clear from this website they are not trustworthy.
