I booked flights, had the money paid and was sent confirmation of my flights.
Five weeks later (one week) before I am due to fly I was phoned to advise they would have to change my departure date, due to the airplane.
I spoke to the airplane and was advised that No tickets had ever been purchased under the confirmation numbers I was provided.
They wanted me to pay the extra costs for the flights they had failed to book correctly in the fist instance and which were now 507 pounds more expensive per ticket.
The disgusting attitude of the staff and manager is such I've never previously experienced. Calls not returned, promise of call back not adhered to.
I had no choice but take a returned and purchase tickets elsewhere, leaving me 600 pounds out of pocket!
