Brilliant customer service from Comefli!

I would like to express how pleased I was with the quality of service I received when I purchased my flight to India last weekend from Comefli. The gentlemen dealing with me query was efficient in finding me a reasonably good deal and provided fantastic customer service throughout the process.

I grew concerned when I realised I did not receive a receipt for my online flight purchase. This led me to research reviews on the the company, which honestly speaking at the time worried me even more due to the high level of complaints the company had received. After confronting the gentleman who dealt with my query, he reassured me that I would receive my tickets on time and he would provide me with a confirmation email of the payment.
Despite my concern I must say, his calm and very helpful nature assured me that everything was OK regardless of the reviews I had seen. Although, I had been assured that I would receive the e-tickets within 24 hours, as soon as he realised the next day that I would not receive them within the time frame given, he immediately informed me of the changes assuring me that I would definitely have them the following day. It was very thoughtful of him to take the time to inform me of the changes and reflects how well he does his job. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend Comefli to others as well as purchase my future tickets from them.
